Taqeef launches new range of inverter-ducted split ACs

Taqeef has announced the launch of its new range of inverter-ducted split air-conditioning units for the region. The O General model, available in 1.5 to 5 tonne range, is seen as a leader in cooling capacity, power consumption and low-noise capability.

Taqeef, a leading provider of air-conditioning solutions in the Middle East, has launched a new range of inverter-ducted split ACs to further its commitment to supporting environment-friendly products.

Specifically created for the Middle East region, the O General inverter range is a leader in cooling capacity, power consumption and low-noise capability, according to a statement from Taqeef.

It is the first complete line of inverter ducted split models, ranging from 1.5 Tons to 5 Tons, in the Middle East with zero Ozone Depleting Score (ODS) and the new environment friendly R32 refrigerant, thus ensuring a lower carbon footprint.

The range conforms to new technical regulations and guidelines issued by the Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology (ESMA) and Abu Dhabi Quality Control and Conformity Council (QCC) for high Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) values.

Chief Sales Officer Hadi Ismail said: “The new O General invertor range has been designed with the harsh climate and real-life operating conditions in the Middle East in mind. It achieves faster and more efficient cooling when compared to conventional air-conditioners, consumes less energy, and offer remarkable energy savings when compared to fixed speed compressor models.”

The DC inverter technology contains a DC fan motor with inverter control system that helps achieve high operation efficiency using a sine wave, and a DC twin rotary compressor. The implementation of the DC twin rotary compressor allows for wider operation range, improved piping limitations and the introduction of new simultaneous multi-operation ability, he explained.

Taqeef will introduce the new range to industry professionals at an event on October 6 in Dubai besides showcasing its indoor and outdoor units, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
