Azizi picks Shelfco Metal Industries for Riviera project work

UAE-based Azizi Developments has awarded a contract to Shelfco Metal Industries, a unit of the Ginco group of companies, for supply and installation of SAF panels at 11 of its buildings coming up within its waterfront project Riviera at MBR City, Dubai.

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that it has signed up Shelfco Metal Industries for the supply and installation of SAF panels for 11 of its buildings coming up within its waterfront development Riviera at MBR City in Dubai.

Shelfco is a part of the Ginco group of companies, a renowned business group in the UAE. It is a leading metallurgy specialist that has been operating in the emirates since 1979, supplying customers with metal products with outstanding craftsmanship.

Being developed as a stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination, Riviera will be home to 71 mid-rise buildings, overlooking an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins - a lush-green social space, said a statement from Azizi.

On completion, Azizi will boast approximately 16,000 residences that are conveniently located in the midst of all the business, leisure, and retail hubs of the city.

Designed to introduce the Southern France lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life, an exultation of spirit, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space, it added.

Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein said: "We have carefully reviewed all SAF panel supplier options and there is no doubt in our minds that Shelfco is the perfect fit. They have completed all of their previous projects in their impressive track record with the utmost precision and have extensive experience across a breadth of commercial and residential project metal works."

"They have been awarded a seal of excellence for their quality of work provided on multiple contracts – a testament to their competencies. This appointment is in line with our continuous mission to only work with the best-in-class, thereby providing our investors and end-users quality homes that are built to last," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
