Azizi's 634-unit Dubai residential tower set for Q2 handover


UAE-based Azizi Developments said work is in full swing on its 634-unit residential project, Creek Views I, featuring a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units in Dubai Healthcare City, and is due for handover during the second quarter of this year.

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that nearly 58 per cent of the work had been completed on its 634-unit residential project, Creek Views I, located in Dubai Healthcare City.
 
A 19-storey development, Creek Views I comprises 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341 sq ft of premium retail space. 
 
With 100 per cent of both its structure and blockwork already completed and internal plastering work 99 per cent done besides the tiling, HVAC and MEP works in full swing, the development is likely to be ready for handover by the second quarter of 2021, said a top official.

Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, the Creek Views I boasts stunning panoramic views of the iconic Dubai Creek and the picturesque Downtown Dubai skyline. 
 
Built to offer modern luxury at its finest, Creek Views I will feature an all-inclusive health club, comprising a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, as well as a serene outdoor yoga space, said the statement from Azizi.
 
It is one of the 46 projects, which comprise over 10,000 units and more than 11,204,623 sq. ft of built-up area, that Azizi Developments plans to hand over in 2021, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
