Azizi's 245-unit Dubai residential project set for Q2 completion


UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that more than 50 per cent of the work has been completed on its 245-unit residential development, Berton, located in the Al Furjan community in Dubai and the project is due for completion by the second quarter.

Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced that 52 per cent of the work has been completed on its 245-unit residential development, Berton, located in the Al Furjan community in Dubai. 
 
With work in full swing, Berton, which features 190 studio units, 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxurious penthouses, will be ready by Q2.
 
Situated near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the new Expo 2020 Route metro line, Berton is remarkably well-connected to the entirety of Dubai’s major points of interest, said the developer. 
 
With its ease of access to the vibrant Expo 2020 site as well as the Al Maktoum International Airport, the development is at the very forefront of global interconnections, it added. 
 
On the project progress, Azizi said Berton’s structure has been fully completed, while the blockwork and internal plastering stand at 98 per cent and 90 per cent completion rate respectively. 
 
The Dubai developer said nearly 15 per cent of the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work has been finished, while façade works and titling both have reached 25 and 30 per cent completion respectively.
