UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that 21 per cent of the work had been completed on its key project Berton - a 245-unit residential development overlooking scenic vistas of Dubai’s skyline - and was on track for mid-2021 completion.

The property is an exceptionally well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan. It boasts 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxury penthouses.

Berton’s structure currently stands at 32 per cent, while external works and infrastructure developments are progressing at a rapid pace, said the statement from Azizi.

With construction being one of the select few vital, operational sectors, work at all of Azizi’s projects is currently in full swing, it added.

Mohammed Ragheb, Executive Director (Engineering Division), said: "Berton’s remarkably fast construction progress underlines our commitment to deliver our promises on time, all while adhering to our rigorous quality control and assurance practices."

"This exceptional residential building is one of our many projects in Al Furjan – it represents our strive to develop carefully thought-out, masterplanned communities that offer a true sense of community and belonging, with connectivity being key," stated the top official.

"Berton accomplishes this by not only providing all that a home needs in its vicinity but by also immersing residents in a community lifestyle that creates healthy, balanced social settings, all while promoting convenience, human comfort, and leisure," he added.
