Samana Developers, a Dubai-based business conglomerate has announced that its entire group of companies that are involved in real estate, skilled and unskilled immigration, business migration consultancy and furnished workspaces has been awarded ISO 2001:2015 quality management certification.
The audit reflected company’s improved processes that match Dubai’s international standards and best practice, said a statement from Samana.
ISO 2001:2015 certifies commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in operations and processes of all companies. Along with the proactive involvement of both management and employees to drive service standards to exceed customers’ expectations.
The inspection process involved Samana Developers, a real estate development company, AAA Associates Immigration Services, Global Migration Services and Star Business Centre, state-of-the-art services offices at Business Bay and Jumeirah Lake Towers, it stated.
General manager Alan James Gammon said: "The standard certification certainly provides additional assurance to our clients that we are focused on continuous improvement, quality customer care, innovation, and employee engagement."
