Azizi's Dubai project set for December completion


UAE-based developer Azizi said 93 per cent of the construction work on Samia, a 284-unit residential and commercial development located within Al Furjan community in Dubai, has been completed and is due to be handed over by December.

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the region, has announced that 93 per cent of the construction work on Samia, a residential and commercial development within Al Furjan, one of the most up-and-coming and highly strategic locations in Dubai, has been completed.

Samia is one of the many projects to be handed over by December 2019, as part of Azizi Developments’ Year of Construction.

Samia comprises 284 units, including 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments, and eight penthouses, said the developer in a statement.

These exceptionally priced units are designed for those who aspire to move from a rental to an owned-home lifestyle, it added.

Azizi Developments said it has completed the structure, blockwork and internal plaster besides 95 per cent of the tiling, as well as 96 per cent of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) work.

The Emirati developer has also recorded 84 per cent of external works, 98 per cent of the swimming pool, and 91 per cent of the overall finishing as complete. Steady progress has been made on the work on the elevator and façade which stand at 98 per cent and 93 per cent respectively.
