Project Overview
Background
Oman based Mazoon Dairy Company has revealed plans to build a dairy farm centralized processing plant located in Al Sinaina, Al Buraimi, Oman. The dairy farm is one of three projects; the other two being in red meat and poultry.
Scope of Work
Scope of the scheme involves the construction of:
- Centralised processing plant
- Diary farm
- Farm building
- Machinery & equipment
- Marketing & Logistics facilities
- Provision for livestock
- Related facilities
The farm will also produce fresh dairy products and hence will possess the necessary facilities and machinery to create the respective products. Upon completion, the farm will have 4,000 cows that will later be increased to a total of 25,000.

Mazoon Dairy Company has been set up Oman Food Investment Holding Company for the purpose of this project.
Products created under this development will be marketed under the brand 'National Pride', and an estimated 400 direct and indirect jobs will be created.
