A MoU agreement between Emaar and Dubai Municipality was made to develop a $100 million beachfront in Al Mamzar Deira around its 53 hectare lake to construct water facilities and serviced residences.
The Mamzar Beachfront includes the following features:
Emaar and Dubai Municipality is jointly financing the development of this project.
Dubai Municipality chose the leading development company Emaar Properties reaching for a MoU deal to develop Al Mamzar beachfront. The project will be constructed around Al Mamzar 53 Hectare Lake including retail amenities and water facilities such as fountains and themed leisure’s; all costing around $100 million.
Emaar had conducted a feasibility study for the project and submitted it to Dubai Municipality and received the approval for continuation. On the meantime the two companies are concluding the project management structure with the approved design in hand with expected completion of the project on the fourth quarter of 2018.
