Bahrain Duty Free has joined hands with Thinksmart for a unique project aimed at Building the future IT leaders of Bahrain.

Bahrain Duty Free has joined hands with Thinksmart for a unique project aimed at Building the future IT leaders of Bahrain. 
 
This programme, better known as Forsati, is an annual initiative in Partnership with Microsoft which aims towards giving Top Bahraini Graduates with the skill set needed for the latest IT technology trends and provide them the opportunity to be placed in top IT companies in the industry.
 
Through this partnership, the Bahrain Duty Free together with other strategic partners, are taking the lead in preparing our Young Bahrainis for the Jobs of the Future and positioned them to the key roles in the local and international market. This programme is in support to the Team Bahrain Initiative.
 
A batch of 10 Young Bahraini IT graduates, will be selected under the name of Bahrain Duty Free and will undergo a series of Microsoft’s latest Job-role Training and Certifications, which would help them keep pace with the industry requirements. Students will also be provided with Career Coaching, Mentorship, Soft Skills Training, and an opportunity to work in real projects.
 
Ahmed AlHujairy, Group Chief Executive Officer, mentioned in a statement: “We are happy to welcome Bahrain Duty Free on this unique project which will give our Young Bahraini Talents the opportunity to enhance their skills and make them ready for the global market. With the support of our partners, this annual project aims towards contributing to the Sustainability and Economic Development of Bahrain.”
