Azizi Developments sees 45pc jump in online visitors

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, said it has noted a remarkable surge in the volume of its website visitors, time spent on its site, and digital inquiries over the past 4 weeks.

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, said it has noted a remarkable surge in the volume of its website visitors, time spent on its site, and digital inquiries.

The Azizi website has, over the past 4 weeks, received 45% more unique visitors, with the average time spent across its pages having increased by nearly 25%, said the developer in a statement.

This surge comes in light of the current global situation, which has led to the public spending more time in their homes and increasingly migrating to digital channels in their purchase decision-making processes, it added.

Nima Khojasteh, Executive Director - Sales and Marketing, said: "With our target group spending an increased amount of time social distancing and in self-quarantine, they are able to pursue their search for a new home to a greater extent. We’re seeing a substantial uptick in our website traffic, an 18% increase in our visitor lead conversion rate and are receiving significantly more online inquires than we have prior to the outbreak."

"The current situation also highlights the importance of having a suitable home that provides a sense of comfort and happiness," he remarked.

"With our customers, staff and other stakeholders' health and safety being of paramount importance to us, we're taking several steps to ensure their well-being. We act in accordance with - and are going beyond - the circulated recommendations of local and international health authorities, all while operating as efficiently as always”, he added.

Azizi said it has taken several measures to ensure that its day-to-day business operations are unaffected, such as offering its clients video conference calls, installing hand sanitising stations across its offices, sales gallery, and residences, disseminating awareness and containment information, regularly disinfecting its communities and providing medical training for its staff.-TradeArabia News Service
