Damac unveils ready-to-move-in terrace apartments
Leading UAE luxury developer Damac Properties has announced the launch of 'High Gardens', a collection of limited-edition, ready-to-move-in apartments at the heart of its 42-million-sq-ft master development, Damac Hills.

Damac Properties, one of the region's leading luxury real estate developers, has introduced 'High Gardens', a collection of limited-edition, ready-to-move-in apartments at the heart of its 42-million-sq-ft master development, Damac Hills.
Each of the luxurious one-, two- and three-bedroom units features an exquisitely landscaped terrace garden in addition to being surrounded by the lush green fairways of the Trump International Golf Club, said a statement from Damac.
The one-bedroom apartments have been priced at Dh1.1 million ($112,186) onwards, it added.
As part of its special promotion, the Dubai developer is offering customers a four-year payment plan along with a 4% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee waiver.
Senior Vice President Niall McLoughlin said: "Keeping up with Damac's reputation for creating unique living experiences, we are thrilled to present High Gardens, our refreshingly new concept that is a modern take on form and function, within the thriving Damac Hills community."
Residents of High Gardens will have access to Damac Hills' premium facilities such as the Trump International Golf Club, swimming pools, a 2000 sq-m skatepark, a four million sq-ft park, fine dining restaurants, horse stables, and a family care facility, among others.
In addition, a new community centre was recently opened, featuring a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a pet grooming facility, and a new Norwegian early education centre called CreaKids, which promotes play-based learning opportunities to support the holistic development of children.
Earlier this month, a new Spinneys supermarket was inaugurated, in addition to the Carrefour supermarket within the community. As the community gains popularity among families who seek a holistic lifestyle, the RTA has also recently introduced a new bus service to Damac Hills in a bid to provide convenient public transport options.
