Ezdan to launch Phase One of Doha mixed-use project


Qatar-based Ezdan Holding Group has announced plans to launch the first phase of its mega mixed-use project Ezdan Oasis, featuring 2,058 residential and commercial units and other leisure and entertainment facilities, in Doha.

Ezdan Holding Group, a leading player in Qatar's real estate sector, has announced plans to launch the first phase of its mega mixed-use project in Doha.

Ezdan Oasis will boast 2,058 residential and commercial units and more than 180 retail outlets including restaurants, cafés in addition to other vital facilities of different sizes.

The project, which is spread out over a total area of one million sq m, targeting more than 35,000 individuals, will be developed in four phases. The project features a total number of 9,346 multipurpose units of different sizes in Al Wukair area, it stated.   

Ezdan Holding Group chairman Ali Mohammed Al Obaidli said the group had last year launched its new subsidiary Ezdan World Company to manage its projects in the entertainment and tourism industry.

As for now, it is handling the “Magical Festival Village” aiming to make it the best leisure destination in Qatar, he noted.

According to him, Ezdan Holding Group is in the process of finalising the official opening of various projects in different sectors, to be fully operational.

In the hotel sector, Ezdan is set to launch the Ezdan Palace project, which boasts 194 varied rooms and suites, and enjoys a strategic location on Al Shamal road near the major educational institutions, remarked Al Obaidli.

In addition, it has The Curve Hotel, comprising 600 hotel apartments and overlooking the West Bay, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
